1. Portrait Mode and Spatial Audio in FaceTime.
2. Live Text and Visual Lookup.
3. Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking.
4. The interactive globe in Maps and more detailed cities.
5. On-Device Speech processing and Personalization. (Speech Recognition and understanding are available in German, English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.)
6. Voice Dictation is processed directly on-device.
7. Newer iPads no longer have a 60-second continuous dictation limit.
8. Augmented Reality is supported on the A9 processor or later.
9. 2021 iPad Pro 11" and 12.9" with 5G get enhanced 5G and the option to prefer 5G over WiFi.
10. Apple says they've made more than 500 minor changes to iPadOS 15.
