મતદાર યાદીમાં તમારું નામ ઉમેરવાની સંપૂર્ણ માર્ગદર્શિકા | Step-by-step Guide to Add Your Name on Electoral Portal

ભારતમાં 18 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ દરેક નાગરિકને મતદાનનો અધિકાર મળે છે. મતદાન કરવા માટે તમારું નામ મતદાર યાદીમાં હોવું જરૂરી છે, અને આ પ્રક્રિયા હવે સંપૂર્ણપણે ઓનલાઇન છે.

આ માર્ગદર્શિકામાં, તમે ઘરે બેઠા તમારા મોબાઇલ અથવા લૅપટૉપની મદદથી “Voter Service Portal” દ્વારા નામ કેવી રીતે ઉમેરવું તે શીખી શકશો.

Step 1: વેબસાઇટ Visit કરો

Website: voters.eci.gov.in

Open Chrome and URL જગ્યા માં લખો (voters.eci.gov.in)

Step 2: New Registration / Sign Up કરો

1. “Login / Sign Up” પર ક્લિક કરો
2. Mobile Number અથવા Email નાખો
3. OTP Verify કરો
4. Password બનાવો

Step 3: Login કરો

1. Username → Mobile/Email
2. Password નાખો
3. Captcha ભરવો
4. Login પર ક્લિક કરો

Step 4: Form-6 પસંદ કરો (New Voter Registration)

Login પછી → Menu માંથી Form-6 પસંદ કરો

Form-6 નો ઉપયોગ તેમાં થાય છે:

✔ નવા મતદારો (18+ નવા યુવાનો)
✔ Address બદલવા માટે
✔ Constituency બદલવા માટે

હવે Form-6 Details ભરવાની પ્રક્રિયા

Step 7: Document Upload કરો

Step 8: Declaration Confirm કરો

ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે:

✔ “Information entered is correct”
✔ “Residing at given address”

Step 9: Form Submit કરો

Submit કરો → Application Successfully Submitted Screen આવશે.

હવે તમને Reference Number મળશે

Step 10: Status Track કરવાની રીત

Dashboard → Track Application Status

Status stages will be:

1. Submitted
2. Under Verification
3. Field Visit (Optional)
